Delete your account

The Mialera account is optional. If you created one and want to erase it, the fastest way is inside the app, and it takes a minute. We ask for no reason and no email confirmation.

In the app

1. Open the Profile tab and tap the row with your email, at the top.
2. Tap Delete account, at the bottom of the screen.
3. Read the notice and confirm twice.

What is erased, right away

• The account: your email (or the address Apple created) and the account identifier.
• The backup: streak, treats, sessions, focus minutes, Bento and the history.
• The record of the phone that was using the account.
• The account's record at RevenueCat, the service that checks the subscription.
• If you signed in with Apple, the “Sign in with Apple” authorization is revoked.

What is not erased

• What is on your phone. The app keeps working as a guest, with everything it has: goals, history, Bento. To erase that, delete the app.
• The subscription. It stays with your store account (Apple ID or Google account) and is not canceled by the deletion. You cancel it in the store's subscriptions. If it is active, Mialera+ comes back on the phone as a guest.
• The sign-in code sending records, which MillionSend keeps for up to 365 days (the email body, for 30), and what the store, RevenueCat, PostHog and Meta keep about app usage, as the privacy policy explains.

Without access to the app

If you no longer have the phone or cannot open the app, write to contato@mialera.app from the account's email. We erase it within 7 days and reply to confirm.
